Removable dentures replace the missing teeth and contagious structures and are designed to be removed by the wearer.
Removable partial dentures
| If you have one or more teeth missing,
you may have an option of using a removable denture to replace
them. A removable partial denture can be made of acrylic (plastic like
material) or a combination of acrylic with metallic framework. The
metallic framework is usually made of cast metal. The metal used may be
gold based or chrome cobalt alloy. These metallic dentures or cast
partial dentures are much superior to the regular acrylic dentures. |
 |
 |
We recommend the removable Cast partial dentures which are made of cast
metal alloy overlaid with acrylic teeth and take support from the
remaining teeth, thereby maintaining the health of the underlying
tissues. The cheaper readily available option of full acrylic partial
dentures with metal wires/clasp are not considered as permanent
dentures as they may cause more damage to the underlying tissues. These
dentures are given only as interim dentures for a short period of time.

Valplast dentures
These are special flexible acrylic
partial dentures indicated in certain specific situations, and are very
comfortable to insert, wear and remove by the user.
 |
Flexible partial dentures are the comfortable, beautiful, and
affordable choice. The innovation of the Valplast Flexible Partial
allows the restoration to adapt to the constant movement and
flexibility in your mouth. The flexibility, combined with strength and light weight, provides total comfort and great looks!
|
The preparation is relatively simple because your natural teeth don't
need to be altered in any way. The Valplast partial is virtually
invisible because there are no telltale metal clasps and the material
itself blends with the tissue in your mouth so that the only thing that
shows is your beautiful smile.
When considering a removable partial, many people find the Valplast
Flexible Partial to be the most comfortable option, and the final
restoration can be made very quickly. The Valplast flexible partial
involves only non-invasive procedures, and gives you confidence in your
restoration while talking, eating, and most importantly: smiling!

Immediate dentures
If any of your front teeth need to be
removed, immediate dentures are a good option as these dentures are
fabricated beforehand and inserted immediately after the removal of
your front teeth.
Complete Dentures
These dentures are indicated for people without any teeth and are designed to
replace all the teeth in the upper or lower jaw .The dentures take
support from the underlying tissues, and therefore special emphasis is
laid on the overall health and hygeine in the mouth.

Complete
dentures usually take around 6 to 7 appointments, and are done by a
specialist in our clinic. We use imported teeth with highly esthetic
resin to get a natural effect. The teeth and dentures are characterised
to make them look natural. |
